What happens
Your first visit

Assessment
A full-face assessment in natural light, with photographs kept in your chart for comparison.
- 02
Written plan
You leave with a sequenced plan and intervals, including anything we recommend against.
- 03
Treat when ready
Same-day treatment is possible but never assumed. There is no pressure to proceed.
Before you book
- Consultation
- 30 minutes, credited toward treatment booked within 30 days.
- Deposit
- A card holds the appointment. Nothing is charged until you are treated.
- Cancellation
- 24 hours' notice, otherwise the deposit is retained.
- Arrival
- Come without makeup where possible so the assessment is accurate.
