Dermal Fillers
Filler replaces the structural volume that flattens with age. Placement follows the underlying anatomy: support first, surface second, so the face reads lifted rather than filled.
What it treats
- Midface and cheek flattening
- Lip shape, definition and hydration
- Jawline and chin definition
- Nasolabial folds and marionette lines
- Under-eye hollowing, where anatomy allows
- Temple hollowing
What to expect
- 01A full-face assessment and a written plan before any product is opened.
- 02Topical numbing, then cannula or needle placement depending on the area.
- 03Immediate visible change, with swelling settling over seven to fourteen days.
- 04A review appointment to confirm symmetry once swelling has resolved.
Aftercare & interval
Expect swelling and the possibility of bruising for up to a week. Avoid heat, alcohol and strenuous exercise for forty-eight hours. Most results last nine to eighteen months depending on the product and area.
Who it suits
Patients with volume loss or asymmetry who want a conservative, staged result rather than a single large session.
